Community Redevelopment Group (CRG) is a Cincinnati-based firm that provides planning and development services for and manages the day-to-day operations of two established nonprofit community-based organizations, Avondale Redevelopment Corporation (ARC) and Walnut Hills Redevelopmet Foundation (WHRF), and one emerging group represented by the nonprofit Evanston Community Council (ECC). The principal relationship between CRG and the three nonprofits is one of management agent-client, with CRG managing the operating details of the clients' residential and commercial projects while the boards/Council shape organizational vision and steer planning.
